We are pleased to introduce Attorney Martin Wagner, LL.M. (Intellectual Property Law) as a new colleague.
As of October 1, 2017, Attorney Wagner has strengthened our team in the Wuppertal office. Previously, he worked for several years as an attorney and partner in a medium-sized, nationally active commercial law firm with 25 legal professionals.
His practice focuses on trademark and competition law, copyright law, and data protection law. In 2010, Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf awarded Attorney Wagner the academic degree “Master of Laws” in intellectual property law. Furthermore, in February 2012, TÜV Nord certified him as a “Data Protection Officer (TÜV)” after he successfully passed the examination.
Another key area of interest for Attorney Wagner is employment law. In this field, he advises both companies and employees strategically and represents them in litigation. To deepen his expertise, he completed the specialist attorney course in employment law at Hagen Law School in 2017.
