Paralegal/legal specialist (m/f/d) wanted

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Legal Assistant / Rechtsfachwirtin (m/f/d) for our office in Wuppertal as soon as possible.

We are an international law firm with a focus on commercial law at three locations. Our law firm advises companies in all areas of intellectual property law, IT law, copyright/media law and data protection law/compliance. Further information about our law firm can be found on this website.

Your tasks:

- Review of mandate-relevant mail incl. beA messages, e-mails for deadlines and relevant information

- Deadline notation and monitoring

- Management and noting of all appointments

- Preparation of invoices (RVG and time-based fees)

- Professional support in the judicial determination of costs

- Use of your professional expertise to support our team of lawyers

- Filing of claims in the insolvency table

- Implementation of dunning and enforcement proceedings

- Planning conferences, lectures and trips

- Creation of presentations and marketing materials

What we expect from you:

- A completed training as a paralegal or notary clerk (m/f/d), legal specialist (m/f/d)

- Very good practical knowledge in dealing with deadlines

- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of the English language

- Flexibility as well as distinctive team and service behavior

- Independent, structured and careful way of working

- High willingness to communicate

- Enjoy working with colleagues (m/f/d) and clients (m/f/d)

- The desire to contribute your own ideas and thus contribute to the success of the firm
