Attorneys Kornmeier & Partner are currently issuing warning letters again on behalf of Mr. David Guetta. We have received warning letters in which the attorneys assert claims due to alleged copyright infringements of the work 'One more Love' committed via the internet connection.
It is alleged that the aforementioned work was offered and unlawfully reproduced via a so-called internet file-sharing platform. The recipients of the warning letter are required to submit a cease and desist declaration subject to penalty and, furthermore, to pay a lump-sum compensation amount of €600.00. The attorneys further state that payment of the aforementioned sum would settle all claims for cost reimbursement and damages arising from the alleged copyright infringement.
