Abuse of Dominance Proceedings Against Deutsche Telekom AG Terminated

On May 8, 2008, the Federal Network Agency closed the proceedings against Deutsche Telekom AG (DT AG) for abusive conduct in the provision of subscriber lines (TAL), the so-called 'last mile', for competitors.
