At 11:10 a.m., attorney Michael Ullrich, LL.M., of GoldbergUllrich Rechtsanwälte will deliver a presentation titled “Legal Aspects of Cybersecurity—Tips for Businesses,” in which he will explain the legal and organizational requirements businesses should be aware of and the measures they can take to prevent and respond to cyberattacks.
Michael Ullrich has been advising companies for many years at the intersection of IT law, data protection law, and corporate IT organization. A key focus of his work is providing legal support for digital business processes, drafting and reviewing IT contracts, and advising on data protection and organizational requirements related to IT security and cyber incidents.
The presentation focuses in particular on the legal requirements companies must observe in the area of cybersecurity, how responsibilities can be sensibly assigned, and what legal measures may be necessary or advisable in the event of a cyberattack.
