Michael Ullrich has been supporting companies, associations, municipalities and institutions in legal matters since 2004. His areas of expertise include intellectual property law (in particular trademark law and competition law), IT law, copyright and media law (including press law and the right to make statements) as well as data protection law.
He offers strategic advice and support for IT projects, marketing campaigns and the development and protection of intellectual property rights. He also focuses on the review and drafting of contracts. He represents his clients in and out of court and before supervisory authorities. As a data protection consultant and external data protection officer, he supports companies in implementing data protection requirements in a legally compliant manner.

Qualifications
Michael Ullrich successfully completed a Master's degree in Information Law (LL.M.) with a focus on "E-Commerce" at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. Due to his theoretical knowledge and practical experience, he was authorized by the Düsseldorf Bar Association to use the titles of specialist lawyer for information technology law and specialist lawyer for intellectual property law.
Teaching activity
In addition to his work as a lawyer, Michael Ullrich passes on his knowledge as a lecturer for IT and media law at the FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics & Management in Düsseldorf and Essen.
