The attorneys Nümann + Lang are currently issuing warning letters again on behalf of Styleheads GmbH. We have received cease and desist letters in which the attorneys assert claims for alleged copyright infringements of the work “Berlin City Girl” committed via the internet connection.
It is alleged that the aforementioned work was offered and unlawfully reproduced via a so-called internet file-sharing platform. The warning letter demands that clients submit a cease and desist declaration subject to penalty and furthermore pay a lump-sum compensation amount of €450.00. The colleagues further state that payment of the aforementioned sum would settle all claims for cost reimbursement and damages arising from the warned copyright infringement.
