Attorney-at-law Jutta Dostall's practice focuses on real estate law, construction and architectural law, and business law (in particular employment law, banking and capital markets law, and IT/IP law).
Her clients in real estate law include commercial and private landlords, property managers, housing associations, commercial and private tenants. In commercial law and in construction and architectural law, her practice focuses on contract law and the judicial enforcement of existing claims. In banking and capital markets law, she represents our clients' interests vis-à-vis banks and other lenders. In the legal fields of IT/IP law, Ms. Dostall works on cases involving competition law and copyright law.
Attorney Dostall initially worked as an employee in the legal department of a group of companies for sales financing (leasing, hire purchase, lending). She has worked as a lawyer in Wuppertal and Solingen since 1994.
