Attorney Christine Vock, LL.M. (Intellectual Property Law), has been advising and representing national and international companies in the intellectual property law, trademark law, design law, Competition Law, Commercial and Distribution Law as well as corporate law matters. She advises companies on the protection, enforcement, and strategic development of intellectual property rights, as well as on structuring contractual relationships in a legally sound manner. In addition, she is a lecturer in law at the AMD Academy of Fashion & Design GmbH in Düsseldorf.
Main Areas of Practice
Christine Vock provides comprehensive legal counsel to companies in the areas of trademark, design, and competition law. Her practice focuses in particular on managing national, European, and international trademark and design portfolios; filing trademark and design applications; conducting legal reviews of advertising measures and marketing campaigns; and enforcing and defending against claims arising from trademark, design, and competition law infringements, both in and out of court.
She represents clients in cease-and-desist proceedings, preliminary injunction proceedings, and main proceedings, as well as in proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). In addition, she advises companies on competition law compliance, taking into account current European regulations.
Another area of focus is commercial, distribution, and corporate law. In particular, she drafts and reviews purchase agreements, supply agreements, commercial agent agreements, distributor agreements, and cooperation agreements, as well as general terms and conditions (GTC).
